I wrote Mask Off: How to Lead by Example without Perfection, after years in the entertainment and fitness industry being rejected, compared and made to believe that my skills weren't enough to succeed. This book was written as a tool to heal from a firsthand sexual assault encounter. Only after implementing the tools I share in this book, did I start to heal internally, book my dream jobs, travel the world, and step into the confident woman I knew I always was.
